Blair Williams

Blair Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting, having served as Global Manager of Research/Sourcing for Executive Hire at FTI Consulting from September 2021 to March 2023. In this role, Blair managed a team of researchers and sourcers to support global executive recruiters across various segments. Previously, Blair worked as a Senior Sourcer at FTI, where systems and processes for enhancing the recruiting workflow were developed. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Research Manager for Talent Acquisition at Beaker, providing in-depth research and competitive intelligence to a network of executive recruiters from April 2012 to September 2021. Early career experience includes bartending and bar management at Ninas' Ristorante from July 2006 to May 2012. Blair holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and attended Meredith College.
