Chris Day is currently the Director of Talent Development Asia at FTI Consulting, where they specialize in development and communication to help groups and individuals achieve desired behavioral and business outcomes. Previously, they served as the Learning & Development Manager and Senior Manager for Talent Development Asia at FTI Consulting, as well as the Regional Head of Learning & Development for APAC at Fidessa. With a background in technical training and support, Chris began their career as a Trainer at NOP and held various roles at RM, including Team Leader and Analyst Programmer. Chris holds a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester.
