Frank Xia

Frank Xia, CPA, is currently the Managing Director of Transactions Services at FTI Consulting, a position held since 2023. Before this role, Frank served as a Director and Senior Director in Transaction Advisory Services at the same firm from 2020 to 2021. Frank's prior experience includes working as a Due Diligence Senior Associate at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP and as an Internal Audit Manager at Luminex Corporation. Frank began their career at PwC, where they progressed from Intern to Senior Associate. They earned both a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business.
