Jason S. Sharp currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at FTI Consulting since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from April 2017 to March 2021, and worked as an Associate at King & Spalding from December 2015 to April 2017, as well as at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from September 2012 to November 2015. Jason's early career included serving as Deputy Press Secretary at NASA and Special Assistant to the Director of Strategic Communications at the Coalition Provisional Authority. Additionally, Jason was Deputy Associate Director in the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House from January 2003 to January 2004. Jason earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law (2012) and a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business (2002).
