John Gleba

John Gleba, FCAS, MAAA, is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as Managing Director at FTI Consulting since March 2024. Gleba has extensive experience in the property/casualty insurance sector, including a long tenure as Vice President & Secretary at Madison Consulting Group from February 1996 to March 2024. Gleba has contributed significantly to the Casualty Actuarial Society, holding roles such as Chair and Member of the Committee on Professionalism Education since November 2002. Additionally, Gleba has held various positions with the American Academy of Actuaries from November 2005 to December 2019 and served as an Actuary for the Texas Department of Insurance from November 1992 to February 1996. Gleba began the actuarial career as an Actuarial Assistant at Nationale-Nederlanden and New Hampshire Insurance Company after earning a BA in Mathematics from Keene State College.
