Kritt Tucker

Kritt Tucker, MBA, is a seasoned professional in diversity recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of Diversity Recruiting at FTI Consulting since January 2022. Kritt leads initiatives to enhance diverse representation and engagement through innovative recruiting strategies and external partnerships. Additionally, Kritt has a long-standing athletic career as a women's tackle football player with the Women's National Football Conference, achieving recognition as the 2023 All Pro draftee and Defensive Player of the Year. Previous experience includes significant roles at Nike, where Kritt spearheaded global talent acquisition transformations and diversity programs, and as a football coach at Mountainside High School. Kritt holds an MBA from George Fox University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Oregon State University.
