Manish Shah

Manish Shah is a seasoned financial professional with over thirty years of experience in corporate finance, currently serving as Senior Managing Director in Transaction Services at FTI Consulting in London since September 2015. Shah has a robust background in private equity and corporate transactions across various sectors including financial services, healthcare, leisure, and business services. Previously, Shah held several key positions at the Alzheimer's Society, including Vice Chair and Chair of the Finance and Performance Committee, and contributed as a Board Member. Additional experience includes corporate finance partner roles at Deloitte UK and Transaction Services Partner at Arthur Andersen. Manish Shah holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester.
