Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, leading the Transaction Services practice with over a decade of expertise in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, transition planning, and financial modeling. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director, Senior Director, Director, and Senior Consultant across various organizations. Mark served as an Advisory Board Member for Clean Power Systems, focusing on clean power solutions in the Middle East and Africa. Early career positions included Senior Corporate Accountant and Internal Auditor at Liberty Mutual Group, as well as Financial Analyst at Sapient Corporation. Mark holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS/BA in Finance from Northeastern University.
