Nathan Dean

Nathan Dean, CPA, serves as the President of The Seaver Institute since July 2024 and is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting since September 2021, specializing as a forensic accountant with a focus on financial and non-financial/ESG records. With over a decade of experience in accounting, business, and litigation consulting, Nathan Dean has supported management, legal counsel, and shareholders across diverse industries. Previous positions include Director, Manager, and Senior Associate at TM Financial Forensics LLC, as well as a Senior Associate role at KPMG US. An early experience includes an internship with the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where foundational contributions were made to the “America’s Great Outdoors Initiative.” Nathan Dean's formal education includes a Master’s degree in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Pomona College, alongside participation in Harvard University's Visiting Undergraduate Student Program.
