Oussama Nicolas

Oussama Nicolas is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in healthcare strategy and transformation, care design, capacity planning, and strategy execution. Currently, they serve as the Senior Managing Director and ME Health & Life Sciences Practice Leader at FTI Consulting, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Oussama was a Partner at Roland Berger, where they worked on impactful transformations in the healthcare sector. Oussama holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Balamand.
