Roby Benn has extensive experience in both the legal and eDiscovery fields. As a Magistrate with the Judicial Service Commission of Guyana from 2010 to 2013, Roby adjudicated civil and criminal trials, conducted inquests, corrected birth certificate anomalies, and submitted case memorandums for appeals. Following this, Roby served in various roles at HaystackID from February 2022 to January 2024, including Senior Review Manager and Director of Cyber Incident Response, providing eDiscovery workflow management and client review options. Previous positions also include Associate Review Manager at Epiq from October 2020 to October 2021 and Legal Officer at the Guyana Revenue Authority, where Roby handled tax litigation and provided legal advice. Currently, Roby holds the position of Senior Director at FTI Consulting, focusing on Cyber Incident Response and eDiscovery solutions.
