Suzanne Alexander

Suzanne Alexander is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources at FTI Consulting since April 2004, Suzanne leads a 75-person team across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions, overseeing key areas such as learning and development, recruitment, compensation, and HR services. Prior to this role, Suzanne was the Office Administrator at Dewey Ballantine LLP, managing a 38-employee office and the completion of a new office build-out. Suzanne's background also includes serving as the Director of Tax Operations and Assistant Director of Human Resources - Gulf Coast at Arthur Andersen, where Suzanne directed HR programs for a large tax division and developed HR policies for 1,500 employees. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from Tulane University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
