Warren Mueller

Warren Mueller is a seasoned professional in global compensation with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation at FTI Consulting since December 2022, Warren leads compensation strategies for over 10,000 consulting professionals worldwide. Prior to this role, Warren held the position of Compensation Director at KPMG US, providing strategic advice to C-suite leaders and overseeing rewards teams. Warren's experience also includes serving as Total Rewards Lead at Accenture, where compensation programs were developed for over 40,000 employees, and as Global Total Rewards Manager at SC Johnson Family of Companies, managing compensation and benefits for 30,000 employees across 60 countries. Warren holds an MBA in Human Resources and Health Services from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Carthage College.
