Andre Swoope is an experienced project manager and senior advisory process analyst with a diverse background in managing complex software development projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Department of Defense Project Manager at Insight Global for the Georgia Tech Research Institute, Andre provides advisory services on project management infrastructure and leads initiatives to standardize project management practices. Previously, Andre held senior roles at Frontier Technology, Leidos, and Lockheed Martin, overseeing teams and managing client engagements for high-profile projects. Andre began a career in project management at GE, playing a crucial role in directing IT programs for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from the United States Naval Academy.
