Emily Dirkers

Emily Dirkers, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at FTL Finance since January 2024. Previously, Emily held the position of Head of People at Curate from August 2021 to October 2023, where significant advancements were made in creating the People function, enhancing recruitment, performance management, and overall Employee Value Proposition. Prior roles included Human Resources Director at Coolfire, overseeing HR functions and logistics, and HR Generalist positions at McCay Tool & Engineering and AAA Auto Club South, focusing on recruitment, contract compliance, and customer issue resolution. Emily's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Paralegal from Sanford-Brown College.
