Tara Cappel

Tara Cappel is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with extensive experience in the travel and education sectors. As the Founder and CEO of FTLO Travel since March 2016, Tara leads a modern travel company catering to young professionals seeking authentic experiences. In April 2021, Tara also founded Sojrn, a contemporary study abroad program designed for adults to immerse themselves in new cultures. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at MetaWear Organic from January 2015 to March 2016, where Tara played a key role in operational management and product certification. Tara's career began as a Buying Assistant at Neiman Marcus and as a Tour Manager at Rome Day Tours. Educational credentials include an Executive Education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a BSBA in Economics from the University of Denver, and ongoing studies at John Cabot University.
