Melissa Manning

Melissa Manning is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at FTS International, LLC since June 2020, Melissa previously held the position of Director of Operations at NT Concepts, where responsibilities included leading Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning projects for national security solutions. Melissa's tenure at the National Reconnaissance Office spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Chief Systems Engineer and Acting Director of the LSPO Engineering Department, overseeing the development of next-generation satellite technology and managing multi-billion-dollar programs. Melissa's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Leadership from Kellogg Executive Education.
