Art Maldonado

Art Maldonado is a seasoned professional in the oilfield and energy sector with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Co-Owner and Managing Partner at Elite Pumping Services LLC since February 2017, Art also holds the position of Vice President of Operations at TegraExcel and South Texas Coastline Resources. Art has a strong consultancy background, having worked as an Oilfield/Energy Consultant since November 2014. Art's prior experience includes significant roles such as Southern Division Operational Manager for FTS International and District Manager at Weatherford, where responsibilities included managing operations in alignment with company policies and quality service goals. Art began a career trajectory focused on materials management with positions at Halliburton and TxDOT, overseeing inventory and supply chain operations. Art holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Bee County College, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
