Sebastian Lancetti

Sebastian Lancetti currently serves as the Head of Index Research & Design for the Americas at FTSE Russell, an LSEG Business, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sebastian held the position of Head of Portfolio Strategy at PanAgora Asset Management from March 2016 to November 2023. Earlier in his career, Sebastian worked at UBS Investment Bank, where Sebastian progressed from Financial Analyst in Quantitative Research to Head of US Equity Quant Research between May 2007 and January 2016. Sebastian began his professional journey as a Global Equity Quantitative Strategist at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from November 2004 to March 2007. Academic credentials include a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a degree in Economia Politica from Università Bocconi.
