Stephanie Maier

Stephanie Maier is an accomplished professional in the field of sustainability, currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainable at FTSE Russell, an LSEG Business since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held key positions at GAM Investments as the Global Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainable and Impact Investment from January 2021 to September 2024, and at HSBC as the Director of Responsible Investment from July 2017 to January 2021. Stephanie's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Aviva Investors as the Head of Responsible Investment Strategy & Research and Head of Corporate Responsibility, as well as positions at EIRIS. Stephanie earned a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
