Stephen McNaughton

Stephen McNaughton, CAIA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Index Product Support at FTSE Russell, an LSEG Business, where responsibilities include building a new support function and managing a team to assist Index Product Managers across Equity and Sustainable Investment index products. Previous roles at FTSE Russell include Manager and Index Specialist, focusing on system improvements and training. Prior to joining FTSE Russell, Stephen was an Index Analyst at Russell Investments, contributing to the production and maintenance of global and custom indices. Stephen's early experience includes roles at Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities spanned Business Management and Settlements, as well as serving as Director at Kingsknowe Golf Club, enhancing operations for youth members. Stephen earned a Master of Arts in Economics from Heriot-Watt University.
