Caitlin Harper

Caitlin Harper is an accomplished events professional with extensive experience in event planning and coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at FTV Capital since September 2025, Caitlin previously held roles at ICONIQ, where responsibilities included Senior Event Analyst and Event Coordinator. At cred., Caitlin advanced from Event Planner to Senior Event Planner, while at Innovation Leader, Caitlin managed the events department as Event Manager, leading initiatives with prominent executives from companies such as Mercedes Benz and Google. Early experience includes internships and positions in marketing and event production, along with co-founding and managing a fashion blog.
