Justin Levine

Justin Levine is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Serving as Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate at FTV Capital from August 2019 to December 2023, Justin specialized in strategic investments. Prior to that, Justin worked in investment banking at Guggenheim Partners from July 2017 to June 2019, focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) M&A, contributing to significant transactions including The Walt Disney Company's $71 billion acquisition of 21st Century Fox, and Interxion's $8 billion sale to Digital Realty. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is a graduate of Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK High School.
