Michelle Wood is the Executive Assistant at FTV Capital. Michelle has over 6 years of experience in office management, HR, and administrative support. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Michelle was the office manager at RedSky Capital, LLC where they were responsible for overseeing and implementing day-to-day operations in the Headquarters, Miami and West Palm Beach offices. This included but was not limited to: scheduling travel and accommodations for both Principals, the Partner and other employees, ordering and maintaining office supplies, maintaining the company directory, physical and electronic filing systems. Michelle was also responsible for payroll processing and HR, including onboarding and entering all new hires, submitting complete and accurate hours for all hourly employees, instituting company & HR policies and procedures, launching multiple software programs simultaneously, and training all employees. In addition, Michelle was the lead on office expansion projects, managing from inception to completion Including 2 NY office moves and expansions, a Miami office buildout and added office space as it was needed for the company. Michelle has also worked on special projects such as focus groups for updating the website, transitioning a class A office building from a 3rd party management company to in-house management, and being the first responder for IT related issues.
