Richard LaSaracina CBNT has over 20 years of work experience in the field of broadcast and IT engineering. Richard is currently the Principal Engineer Manager of IT at Foxwoods Resort Casino, where they manage senior level RF/telecom staff and designs and builds out various technology systems. Prior to this, Richard worked as the Principle Engineer at Wireless Design Group LLC, where they specialized in satellite broadcast engineering systems and fiber optic networks. Richard also served as the Chief Engineer of Broadcast Television Station at Paxson Communications WHPX TV New London, where they were responsible for all broadcast engineering. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer at WHCT TV 18- Hartford.

Richard LaSaracina CBNT has a comprehensive education history in the field of IT engineering, computer science, and electrical engineering. Richard obtained a degree in Electrical & IT Network Engineering from MIT Exchange, where they studied IT Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, RF Engineering, and IT Management from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Stanford University in 2013 to pursue studies in Computer Science & Engineering. In the earlier years, Richard studied Electrical Engineering at Thames Valley Tech from 1982 to 1984 and Electronics at Norwich Tech from 1977 to 1981.

In addition to their educational background, Richard LaSaracina CBNT has obtained various certifications to enhance their expertise. Richard is certified as a Wilson Certified Signal Booster Installer by Wilson Electronics in 2014. Richard has also acquired certifications in Dynamic Frequency Selection FAA/FCC, Firetide Certified Mesh Professional, RF Design for Wireless Networks from Firetide in 2013. Furthermore, they possess certifications in Public Safety Communications from Trident Micro Systems, FutureFLEX Air Blown FiberOptics from Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, Broadcast Network Engineering from the Society of Broadcast Engineers, and UHF DCX IOT High Power Transmitters from Comark, acquired in different years. Additionally, Richard has certifications in Distributed Antenna Design from IBwave and is a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals International.
