Allison Taji

Allison Taji's work experience begins in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant for Crosstown Properties, LLC, where they provided office management support and handled various administrative tasks. Allison then worked as a Legal Assistant in 2014, supporting an attorney with composing legal documents and performing administrative duties. From 2013 to 2014, they worked independently as an Independent Consultant, providing care and support for a patient with Alzheimer's Dementia. In 2008, they volunteered to care for a patient with autism spectrum disorder, assisting with skill development and managing behavior. Currently, in 2021, they work as a Business Analyst for Fu Associates, supporting system development for Medicare applications and the Risk Adjustment Program Management team.

Allison Taji started their education at Frederick Community College in 2017 and earned an Associate of Arts degree with honors in both Arts and Humanities as well as English in 2020. Following this, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In January 2023, Allison obtained certification as a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
