Hwa-Ping Chang

Hwa-Ping Chang is currently a part-time professor at 香港城市大學, serving as the CEO of Eureka FinTech Limited, and teaching at various universities in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Hwa-Ping Chang has extensive experience in the financial industry, including roles at Wells Fargo, Taiwan Ratings Corp., and Wachovia Securities. Hwa-Ping Chang holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with MS and Bachelor's degrees in the same field.
