Marit Havermans

Marit Havermans is currently the Manager Data Management at Fudura, overseeing a team handling energy-related data for high-volume customers. Prior to this, Marit worked at Enexis Groep as a Program Manager and Continuous Improvement Consultant, where Marit focused on coaching senior leadership and teams for continuous improvement. Marit also co-founded Workspace in Mauritius, a co-working space, and has experience in organizational development and change management. With a background in Lean Six Sigma and a postgraduate degree in Team Coaching, Marit has a strong foundation in managing and implementing improvement projects across various sectors.
