William Apigian

William Apigian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counterterrorism and data analytics. As Vice President of Fuel Consulting, LLC since October 2007, William supports the National Counterterrorism Center as a Senior Counterterrorism Analyst. Prior to joining Fuel, William served two decades in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Additionally, William holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, completed between 2000 and 2001.
