Zach Banister

Zach Banister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user-centric design and content management. As a Senior Experience Architect at Fuel Digital since March 2020, Zach leads projects with a strong focus on client and user engagement. Prior to this role, Zach spent over six years at Microsoft, serving as the Global Xbox Home Screen Experience Producer, where responsibilities included managing marketing and content for the global Xbox One home page, as well as producing content for Xbox Music and Apps. Additionally, Zach founded and directed Commune, a Richmond-based maker collective, aimed at fostering a community for craftsmen and enhancing the visibility of high-quality craftsmanship. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Music Industry Business, and Non-Profit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
