Vicky Docker

Vicky Docker is currently an Executive Leadership Coach at Fuel Learning and serves as a trustee for the charity Square Peg. Previously, they held several leadership roles at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, including Head of Talent, Development and D&I, where they cultivated a culture of high-performance leadership. Vicky also directed consultancy services at Empowered Change, providing bespoke people solutions and executive coaching. Their extensive experience in training and development spans over three decades, including managerial positions at Birmingham Midshires and directing their own coaching business.
