Byron Conforti is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Technical Practice at Fuel Talent since July 2016. Prior to this role, Byron worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in backend, full-stack, frontend, and machine learning/data science roles. From August 2007 to July 2017, Byron was the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Puget Sound, coordinating recruitment efforts and managing athletic logistics. Previous experience includes serving as Staffing Manager at Almond & Associates, where Byron recruited for various professional roles, and internships in marketing with MultiCare Health System and Seattle Sounders FC. Byron holds a BA in English with a minor in History from the University of Puget Sound.
