Carly Montague

Carly Montague is a seasoned recruiter currently employed at Fuel Talent since July 2021, where recruitment efforts focus on partnerships with Executive Offices, Foundations, and Venture Capital firms, among others. Prior to this role, Carly served as a Recruiting Coordinator at 7 Cups, providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges through online counseling sessions. Carly's experience also includes working as a User Research Assistant at Facebook Reality Labs, where collaboration with UX Research Scientists involved conducting user research studies and assisting with data analysis. Academically, Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science from Boston University, complemented by a semester abroad at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris and a high school diploma from Seattle Academy.
