Kaley Hagen

Kaley Hagen, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at FuelCell Energy, where responsibilities include leading a team of benefits and compensation specialists to enhance the total compensation package for a global renewable energy organization. Prior to this role, Kaley was the Senior Compensation Programs Manager at SoFi, overseeing compensation program administration and strategic decision-making during a significant acquisition. Kaley's earlier experience includes various positions at BIC, focusing on global total rewards and executive compensation, as well as roles in HR administration and benefits at Maplewood Senior Living, Excel Partners, BAYADA Home Health Care, Lourdes Health System, and Masso's Catering. Kaley holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Business Management from Rowan University.
