Kix Ryen

Kix Ryen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive roles, currently serving as the Chief of Staff at FuelCell Energy since September 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating the CEO's strategic agenda and fostering key relationships. Previously, Kix held the position of Chief of Staff and Director of Special Projects at L+M Development Partners Inc., enhancing communication and implementing processes to support company growth from May 2014 to September 2022. Kix's earlier career at UBS Investment Bank spanned over a decade in various roles, including Executive Director and Global Business Manager for Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, where strategic messaging and operational management were key focuses. Kix holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Manhattanville College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA.
