Luis Eduardo Ulloa

Luis Eduardo Ulloa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, branding, and creative marketing. Currently serving as Técnico en Capacitaciones at Dirección General de Centros Penales since October 2022, Ulloa develops training programs and coordinates educational partnerships. As Brand Manager for Fuera de La Caja since August 2022, responsibilities include client activation, data analysis, and operational resolution.
