Srivathsa is a seasoned professional with close to 25 years of relevant experience. He has been associated with leadership and strategic roles in IT and ITeS organizations. His key strength is his ability to evolve business strategy aligned to market and support its implementation with relevant ‘Business building Practices.

Srivathsa leads the business strategy and mentors the core team in executing people-process-technology practices required for the organization’s growth.

He has been associated with Infosys, the State Bank group, Essar Group apart from other IT and ITeS organizations. At Infosys, he was a senior member in the HR group and supported the organizations growth from 350 to 35,000 people. When Infosys setup its BPO, Srivathsa was one of the five members of the founding team that Strategized and executed the BPO division. Post this, he was on-boarded as a Strategic Consultant to enable Indecomm in charting out its growth strategy. During this time Indecomm grew from a 2 Million USD to 100 Million USD company.

Srivathsa has an Honor’s degree in Physics and a Management degree from XLRI.
