Belinda Hidalgo

Belinda Hidalgo has over three decades of experience in various roles within the engineering and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Department Head of Commercial & Marketing at Fugro Engineers BV since October 2010, Hidalgo previously worked as a Project Financial Manager at Fugro Offshore Geotechnics from May 2002 to September 2010, focusing on contract reviews and client negotiations. Hidalgo's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Controller at ABB Lummus Global B.V. from March 1990 to May 2002, managing significant projects for high-profile clients such as Essar Oil Refinery and ARAMCO. Additionally, Hidalgo worked as a Regional Sales Coordinator at American Express International Inc. from 1987 to 1989. Hidalgo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines.
