Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as the Regional Talent & Leadership Development Manager for EUAF and Learning & Development Manager in Fugro since March 2022. Previously, Caroline held the position of Principal HR Advisor at Fugro GB Marine Limited from April 2021 to February 2022, and served as Senior HR Advisor at Fugro GB Marine Ltd from April 2014 to March 2021. Earlier in career, roles included Resource Coordinator at Advantage xPO from November 2011 to May 2013, and Independent HR Consultant at Johnson & Johnson from September 2008 to January 2010. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth between 1985 and 1989.
