Daniela Gaudio

Daniela Gaudio serves as the Head of Human Resources - Americas at Fugro since April 2022, overseeing the complete HR function for the region while reporting to the President of the Americas. Prior to this role, Daniela held significant positions at ChampionX, including Head Global Talent COE – Enterprise, where responsibilities expanded talent attraction and acquisition across global businesses, and Sr. Director of Global Talent Management for Chemical Technologies. Daniela's earlier experience includes leadership in talent and organizational development at Ecolab, consulting in human capital strategy, and working in change management at Cameron. Educational background includes a graduate degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania, with additional executive education at Cornell University and a degree from Argentina Catholic University.
