Matthijs van Heijningen

Matthijs van Heijningen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geospatial data processing and GIS operations. Currently serving as a Senior Data Processor at Fugro since July 2011, Matthijs has honed skills in data processing and GIS mapping. Prior experience includes roles as a trainee and graduate researcher at ARCADIS Nederland B.V., focusing on laser scan data and automatic object recognition. Earlier internships at Kadaster and Rijkswaterstaat involved practical applications in boundary measurements and GIS control tasks. Matthijs holds an HBO degree in Geodesie / Geo-Informatica from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an MBO degree in Infratechniek (Landmeetkunde) from Mondriaan College.
