Nikolay Mikhaylov

Nikolay Mikhaylov currently serves as the Head of GNSS R&D at Fugro, leading a team across four countries. Previously, during a tenure at Bosch, Nikolay established a GNSS knowledge center, developed research strategy, and engaged in global collaborations, including with ESA and the 5G Automotive Association. Nikolay has also held significant roles at ITMO University, where responsibilities included leading research and managing the education cycle, and at the Skolkovo Foundation, focusing on high-tech entrepreneurship. Additional experience includes founding and managing companies in the satellite navigation field, contributing to product development and strategic direction at firms such as MStar Semiconductor and Aqtrack Technologies. Nikolay holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Ph.D. in Physics from Saint Petersburg State University.
