Jason Prout

Jason Prout is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fuji Food Products Inc. since October 2018, Jason previously held the position of Area Director at Taco Bueno Restaurants from April 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Jason was the Director of Catering at Imperial Companies Inc. from May 2013 to April 2016. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
