Karen Terrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Starting their career at Bunge North America in plant management, Karen later transitioned to Bunge where Karen served as Director of Supply Chain. Currently, Karen holds the position of General Manager at Fuji Vegetable Oil Inc. Karen has a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from California Polytechnic State University and an M.B.A. in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas. Karen has a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements throughout their career.
