Barbara Carter-Hamm

Barbara Carter-Hamm is an accomplished professional in quality assurance and compliance with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as the Director of QA and Compliance at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since December 2020, Barbara has previously held positions at Diosynth and Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies RTP, focusing on regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational compliance. Prior roles include QA Operational Compliance at Merck Biomanufacturing Network and Diosynth Biotechnology, as well as leadership positions at Wyeth Vaccines, Magellan Laboratories, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Barbara earned a Master of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Tennessee State University.
