Frederik Willmes

Frederik Willmes is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Global Category Management at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since November 2023, where leadership is focused on transforming sourcing and procurement strategies. Prior to this role, Frederik held various positions including Associate Partner at Prokura and Director of Group Category Management at ISS A/S, overseeing a substantial spend portfolio. His extensive background also includes significant roles in continuous improvement and procurement at Avery Dennison, alongside consultancy positions at Solving Efeso and The Hackett Group, specializing in procurement strategies and supply risk assessments. Frederik holds a BSc and MSc in International Business from RSM Erasmus University, a Practitioner degree in NLP and Hypnosis, and HBA & MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.
