Karsten Hamborg Andersen has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Plant Engineer and RCM Engineer Maintenance at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since August 2019, Karsten has also held a similar position at Biogen since August 2006, supervising the Maintenance Team in manufacturing. Previously, from February 1998 to August 2006, Karsten worked as a Supervisor and Technical Supporter at Novo Nordisk. Academic qualifications include training in Reliability Maintenance and completion of programs at Ledernes Kompetence Center, alongside earlier technical education as an Electrician from DACS/EL 47 and a Technical School.
