Rachael Lammers

Rachael Lammers currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Execution in Operations at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since May 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Resilience as Head of Enterprise Business Operations and Chief of Staff, and at McChrystal Group as Partner and Chief of Staff, where Rachael focused on strategy, operations, and organizational support. Rachael has also consulted independently for defense and security sectors and held significant positions in business development at GardaWorld and the U.S. Department of Defense. Rachael's early career included roles at the International Trade Administration and The Carter Center, complemented by advanced degrees in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology and Political Science and French from Georgia State University.
