Rachel Ney

Rachel Ney has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Rachel is currently the Head of Upstream Manufacturing at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Rachel also had a significant tenure at Biogen, where they held multiple roles including Director of Global Manufacturing Sciences, Associate Director of Program and Site Launch Readiness, and Manufacturing Scientist. Before joining Biogen, they worked as the Director of Upstream Manufacturing at Paragon Bioservices, Inc. Rachel started their career at Pfizer, where they held various positions including Manager I, Supervisor, Training Coordinator, and Scientist I. Rachel also briefly worked at Kelly Services as a Scientist I and at IGEN as a Research Associate.

Rachel Ney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Cornell University. Rachel also holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University. The duration of their studies at both institutions is unknown.
