Joseph has also held positions at CoorsTek and Saint-Gobain Ceramics, where they served as an Operations/Engineering Manager and held various engineering and management roles, respectively. Throughout their career, Joseph has focused on improving operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing processes.

Joseph Moore earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University from 1995 to 1999. Joseph then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Clark University, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Joseph obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ in March 2015.
